AUTEUR FILM PRODUCTIONS UK LTD, founded by brothers, Neil Mukherjee & Sean Mukherjee, was formed in the year 2020 on the heights of the pandemic first wave. One of their first productions was a hybrid film, named 'The Pandemic Affair (2020)), notable for Neil's first directorial debut and award from the Tagore International Film Festival amongst a few others. Since then, both Neil & Sean have made a number of shorts and are currenlty workiing on theri first feature-length project entitled, 'The Windrush Response' a fact-finding documentary on the Windrush Scandal.

Sean Mukherjee
Born in Kolkata, India, Sean emigrated to England in the early 70s. Since completing his schooling years in Fitzjohh's, Hampstead, Sean moved to India with his brother, where he pursued further studies and completed a Higher Diploma in Hospitality & Hotel Management. After returning to the UK, Sean worked towards reconnecting with his long founded passion for films and photography. He completed his BA Honours, in Film & Photography at Richmond American University, London and also trained at SAE Institute Oxford. In 2020 Sean formed his first indie film production company and has made a number of fiction shorts under Auteur Film Productions UK Ltd.

NEIL MUKHERJEE
Neil was born in Huddersfield, England in the early 70s. Neil's early years were in London. Neil emigrated to India at the age of  9 years. Whilst in India, Neil completed his secondary schooling in India, Neil progressed towards higher education, in early 2000, studying his degree in Language/Linguistics and Education at the University of East London. Since 2013, Neil started progressing his acting career. More recently, Neil has been working alongside Sean and has been receiving mentorship with Sean's guidance as they founded their first film company in 2020. Neil started his directing career by making his directorial debut with fiction short, 'The Pandemic Affair (2020)'.  Neil has now progressed to working on his has been working on his first major feature film under their sister organisation; a film studio and snow leopard conservation company, called 'Mountains of Glory Ltd. ' Neil is working on his first fiction feature film, an animation and live action movie that will help to progress the need for biodiversity and wildlife conservattion in India and across the world.
